According to the Media videocardz report, the AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360 is confirmed to be the first 8-core Zen 5 APU. AMD is expected to release the Ryzen AI 300 PRO series APUs next month, and several manufacturers, including Lenovo, have officially announced that they will launch laptops with Ryzen PRO series processors.
The AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360 was initially thought to be a rebranded version of the Ryzen AI 9 365, which has 10 cores (4 Zen 5 and 6 Zen 5c).
According to the latest benchmark information, the AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360 has 8 cores and 16 threads and combines 4 Zen 5 and 4 Zen 5c.
The Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 is expected to be the first laptop equipped with the AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360 APU. It is estimated to cost $1,700.
Regarding performance, the processor only appears in Geekbench AI benchmarks, specifically in OpenVINO CPU framework tests. The CPU scored 3111, 3244, and 9074 points on single, half, and quantization scores, respectively.
