Recently, Apple released the second public beta version of iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS 15.1 Sequoia and invited non-developers to participate in the test before the official release.
Users who have signed up for Appleās public beta program can download the iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1 update by opening the Settings app, tapping the Software updates section, and selecting the Public Beta option.
Apple also released watchOS 11.1 and tvOS 18.1 beta for public beta users. Here is the relevant screenshot as follows:
The biggest highlight of iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1 is the introduction of Apple Intelligence features, including Writing Tools, updating Siri, summaries, AI Focus, Smart Reply, and more.
The second public beta of iOS 18.1 is basically the same as iOS 18.1 Beta 5, which was released yesterday. It has improved support for iPhone mirroring, added drag-and-drop file transfer between iPhone and Mac, and more.
