OPPO Find X8 Pro appeared on Geekbench and may launch on October 21

A model, PKC130 of the OPPO smartphone, appeared on Geekbench; combined with the previous network access certification information, it is the OPPO Find X8 Pro satellite edition. OPPO Find X8 (PKB110) is equipped with Dimensity 9400, which appeared on Geekbench a few days ago.

It is worth mentioning that this engineering machine only used 3.58 GHz to run a single-core score of 3010 points, which is close to the IPC performance of Apple A18 / Pro. Still, the multi-core performance is not as expected, and it is believed that the performance of mass-production machines above 4 GHz will be further improved.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen4 is based on the same TSMC N3E process as the A18 Pro. It replaces the previously used Arm CPU cores with Oryon’s cores and integrates an Adreno 830 GPU. It is priced at about $240, an increase of 20.68%.

The OPPO Find X8 phone will be released as soon as October 21, along with the OPPO Pad 3 Pro, OPPO Enco X3, the new color OPPO Watch X, magnetic ecological accessories, and other products simultaneously.

Snapdragon Summit 2024 will be held in Maui, Hawaii, on October 21 ~ 23, and new devices equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen4 processors are expected to be unveiled at the conference.

Moreover, new phones such as the vivo X200 series, OPPO Find X8 series, Xiaomi 15 series, OnePlus 13, iQOO13, realme GT7 Pro, and Redmi K80 series are “basically confirmed to be all debuted in October-November.” Even the Honor Magic7 series and Huawei’s new phones are tentatively scheduled to be released in November, so stay tuned.
