The storage manufacturer Seagate has released a new officially licensed product for Sony’s PlayStation game console: the Seagate Game Drive external SSD for PS5 and PS4.
- 1TB: £139.99
- 2TB: £229.99
The drive supports USB Type-C 3.2 and offers USB-A to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C connectivity options, allowing users to store games.
On the outside, the drive has the same matte white color scheme as the PS5 console and a blue LED strip that is the same as the DualSense wireless controller.
It should be noted that an external SSD cannot run PS5 games on its own, and users can only use it for storage. However, the SSD can still be used to store and run PS4 games.
